The First Day Of The Last Days

At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was poured out on God's people and the mission of the church was launched. The events of Acts 2 show how Pentecost fulfills God’s promises, redeems the human rebellions at Sinai and Babel, and the Holy Spirit empowers every Christian to proclaim the mighty works of God to our neighbors and the nations with great confidence that God will accomplish His saving purposes.
