You Will Be My Witnesses

Acts is about the continuing work of the risen Lord Jesus, who by the Holy Spirit advances God’s global mission through His Church. Acts assures us that opposition is not an obstacle but part of God’s plan, as He turns “God-fighters” into “God-lovers” and gathers a people from every nation. As those baptized with the Spirit, we are not only saved but sent— empowered to be Christ’s witnesses in our community and to the ends of the earth.
